Aromatherapy Massage

A gentle massage to relieve stress & tension using the application of highly concentrated oils called essential oils which are added to the massage oil or lotion & have different healing properties. Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Chakra Balancing/Crystal Healing/Reiki

A form of healing using crystals or gemstones to deliver “spiritual energy” or balance to the bodies energy centres (chakras). The crystals are placed on the body and around the body. Leaves you feeling relaxed and centred.                            Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Deep Tissue Massage

This style of massage focuses mainly on the deeper layers of muscle tissue & is designed to reach the deep sections of thick muscle. Very little lubrication is used to reach the neuromuscular structures of the body. The techniques are slow & deep pressure is applied. Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Ear Candling

This gentle treatment is non -invasive and suitable for all and includes a pressure point facial and scalp massage. It can be used successfully for many ailments (eg sinusitis – tinitus, hayfever) upper respiratory problems related to the ear and head area, the lymph system and metabolism can be favouably influenced by this intensive but relaxing painless method. Cost – 1hour $80  

Footworks

90 minutes of pure bliss. Firstly the feet are soaked to relax the client, then a light exfoliation is applied followed by 45minute Reflexology treatment, normally focusing on areas of the body where stress and tension is held. The inclusion of Acupressure Face & Scalp massage is applied and also neck & shoulder massage. Leaves you feeling relaxed and re-energized. Cost ~ 1.5 hours $135

Lithos Therapy

Applied as a Swedish or Remedial massage. Ideal for the athlete because the application of heated marble at 53”degrees allows the heat to be penetrated into tight & restricted areas allowing tension and tightness to slowly release. Aromatherapy oils can also be applied at the time of treatment enhancing the treatment further. Leaves you feeling very invigorated and relaxed. Cost ~ 1 hour $100 / 1.5 hours $140

Lymphatic Drainage

This massage is very gentle where a pumping technique is applied to pump the Lymphatic System directly. Rids the body of toxic overload, increases immunity, improves circulation & a general sense of well-being.  Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Pregnancy Massage

Allows the mum-to-be relax and also gives support during pregnancy. Reduces stress, decreases swelling in arms & legs and relieves aches & pain in muscles and joints. Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Reflexology

Reflexology is a science based on the principle that reflexes, or areas in the feet and hands related to the internal organs and other structures of the body.               Cost ~ 1 hour $95

Remedial Massage

This massage allows the therapist to work specifically into tight, constricted, tense or damaged areas. Normally is quite firm. Cost ~ Half hour $65 / 1 hour $95 / 1.5 hours $135

Swedish Massage

One of the first styles of massages to be developed. Highly recommended for stress and tension. Very relaxing, to help calm the mind, body & soul.                            Cost ~ 1 hour $95
